Your mothership has +1 initiative.
Explained
Your mothership has +1 initiative.301.3, 302.2a, 701.2a
While this card is on board, your initiative is 1 higher, and several such cards add up. The higher initiative gets the first chance in each window, dispatches last and assigns all battle damage. It changes right away: if this card leaves the board in the middle of a sortie, the rest of the sortie follows the new initiative.
